Located on the beachfront with a sea view in the Benal Beach complex, next to La Paloma Park, just a 2-minute walk from Bil Bil Castle and the beach. It has a room with a double bed (135cm), a double sofa bed (140cm) in the living room, an extra single bed (for a child, 80cm), built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI (private connection within the apartment), air conditioning (hot and cold), and a private terrace with a SEA VIEW.

The Space
This fantastic apartment is 52m² and located on the beachfront with sea views in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from Bil Bil Beach.
Bedroom
It has a spacious room with a double bed (135x200cm), a built-in wardrobe, sockets near the bed, and a small balcony with views of the gardens and the sea.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.
Living Room
In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), an extra bed for children (80cm), a television, air conditioning (hot and cold), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door with access to the terrace. The entire apartment has WIFI (private connection within the apartment).
Terrace
On the terrace, you will find a table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunrises.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer, dishes, and everything you need to cook. Guests will also be able to use the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
Entrance Hall
Upon arrival, you will see the entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe where you will have your cleaning supplies at your disposal.
Distance to the Beach
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.
The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Sealife Center, the Cable Car, and Bil Bil Castle.
The distance to Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk.
