Benal Beach – 1 Bedroom Apartament With Water Park

Bedroom

It has a room with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, a built-in wardrobe, plugs near the bed, air conditioning, and an access door to the terrace with views of the gardens and pools.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat and towels.

Living Room

In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), an extra bed for children (80cm), a television, air conditioning (hot and cold), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door with access to the terrace. The entire apartment has WIFI (private connection within the apartment).

Terrace

On the terrace, you will find a table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunsets.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, tableware, and everything you need to cook. Guests will have access to a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Distance to the Beach

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is right in front of La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the Cable Car, and Bil Bil Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk.

• Free community parking within the complex. There is also free parking around the complex and La Paloma Park.

The Complex Has:

• 5 pools connected by giant and exciting slides that form a water park.
  Note: Only one of the pools is open in winter (2023-2024). It is outdoors. Please check dates. Claims for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access and operation will not be accepted, and rules must be respected at all times.
• Aquatic bar (available in summer).
• Gardens and artificial lakes.
• Restaurant and supermarket within the complex.
• Games room (available in summer).
• Gym and spa (available for a supplement of €9/day per person, depending on the gym’s offers).

Other Things to Note

Guests can use the parking lot and the communal pools for free. The opening and closing dates of the pools and slides may change, so it is important to consult before booking.

The apartment has a cot for children from 0 to 2 years old, subject to availability. The price is €20 per stay per child.
